Purpose
Hello! We are here to help you achieve your goals. Whether you are trying to make a Varsity team, get to the state meet, improve your speed for another sport, or to just get in shape we will help you reach that goal.
how to Get involved
Contact the head coach. Find information on the "About Us" page.
Get registered with the school if you have not. Link below.
Purchase the necessary workout gear. (See Workout Gear tab above) There will be an opportunity to purchase Central Track apparel if you would like, but it is not required.
If you are not in a sport currently see the Off Season Training tab above.
