Canceled!!!

No Prairie meet on Monday, April 18. We will not have organized practice today. Sprinters/Hurdlers/Jumpers. Do the equivalent of the warmup then

1. Build for 15 seconds (25 pushups / 5 jump squats)

2. Build for 15 seconds (20 pushups / 10 jump squats)

3. Build for 15 seconds (15 pushups / 15 jump squats)

4. Build for 15 seconds (10 pushups / 20 jump squats)

5. Build for 15 seconds (5 pushups / 25 jump squats)

REPEAT with jumping jacks and jump-lunges.

Practice Tuesday, April 19 will be outside, dress in layers.
